Cost planning, project management, financial management, and project control across residential and bespoke construction projects, backed by nearly a decade of industry experience. She brings strong expertise in cost management, quality assurance, and site supervision across diverse project environments.

Her expertise spans quantity surveying, bill of quantities (BoQ) preparation, cost estimation, project budgeting, project management, and quality control, with a focus on delivering financially efficient and technically sound projects. She applies a structured, analytical approach to align design intent with cost realities, construction standards, and overall project performance.

Our Process

Initial Consultation

  • What you provide: Your design brief, site survey plan, and reference photos of styles you love.
  • Site Visit: We visit your project location (client covers transport logistics and the site visitation fee).

Proposal & Terms

  • Invoice & Contract: Within 24 hours of your consultation, we issue your project cost invoice and contract terms.
  • Deposit: Work begins once a 60%–70% initial deposit is confirmed (with the remaining balance due upon final delivery).
  • Receipts: Official receipts are issued immediately for every transaction.

Online Client Portal Access

Once payment is cleared, you receive a private dashboard link to track your project in real time, including:

  • Progress Tracking: Live overall completion percentages, project timeline countdowns, and execution stages.
  • Automatic Alerts: Real-time email or WhatsApp notifications whenever a new drawing or document is uploaded.
  • Project History: Clear records of active revision counts and contract terms.
  • Post-Delivery Review: A dedicated feedback tool to rate our service upon project completion.

Site Analysis & Conceptual Design

  • We perform a site analysis to optimize orientation, natural lighting, and airflow.
  • We draft initial floor plan schemes and conceptual 3D sketches for your feedback. (Initial concept tweaks at this stage do not count against your revision limit.)

Design Development & Team Coordination

  • Once you approve the concepts, we refine detailed drawings and coordinate with structural and engineering consultants.
  • You receive regular progress updates on your portal to review and flag any observations.
  • Revision Allowance: Includes up to 3 free revisions during this phase.

Final Delivery

  • We issue the complete, final architectural package (available in digital soft copy or printed hard copy).
  • The remaining project balance is settled upon final delivery.
